Abby Toll, 20 years old, of Boulder Colorado is now in hot water as she is facing animal cruelty charges as she taped her boyfriend's Shiba Inu dog to the side of his refrigerator. The name of the dog is Rex who's two years old and Shiba Inu is a Japanese type of dog breed. Rex was found wrapped in packaging tape upside down as Abby Toll transferred her ire to the dog after her boyfriend Bryan Beck, 21, refused to get rid of it.
The Shiba Inu dog is now on the custody of Boulder’s Animal Care and Control Department after Beck signed him in there because he's also facing suspicion of animal cruelty misdemeanor. Aside from being slapped with her inappropriate treatment to Rex the Shiba Inu puppy, Abby Toll is facing other grave charges.
