American Idol fever is starting to heat up as the Finale Performance Night is due on May 19 2009. Entertainment Weekly is surely putting their bets on Adam Lambert to make it there as he is featured on EW's cover in its May 11 issue. They proclaim that Adam is the "most exciting American Idol contestant in years".
Aside from Adam Lambert's "exciting" talent, EW is insisting on making a big deal about Adam Lambert's "ambiguous" preference. Although Adam neither confirmed nor deny the reports, pictures and assumptions run wild that he is indeed gay. Adam has only this to say: “I know who I am. I’m an honest guy, and I’m just going to keep singing.” EW asked "whether an openly gay contestant can win American Idol?" Well, EW itself admitted that he's the most exciting contestant this season, who will ever vote for boring people? American Idol should always be all about singing talent, not for sexualities or sob stories.
