Carrie Underwood Boyfriend Gets Shoutout After Carrie Won ACM 2009 Entertainer of the Year

Carrie Underwood boyfriend Mike Fisher gets a special shoutout from her famous girlfriend after receiving her 2009 Entertainer of the Year award in the 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM ceremony. It's such a feat for Carrie Underwood because she's the first female to win it again since 2001.

Carrie Underwood was obviously jubilant as she accepted her trophy and she raised it up and said: "Mike, baby, I wish you were here!". Carrie Underwood's boyfriend Mike Fisher is an Ottawa Senators hockey player. Carrie and Mike had been dating late last year. People Magazine reported that Carrie Underwood has been "spending quality time" with her boyfriend's parents while cheering for him in a VIP box while Mike is playing a hockey game at the Scotiabank Center. Reports say that the 26 year old former American Idol winner had she already said 'yes' to her hockey player beau when he asked her to "move in with her". Although Carrie had not yet revealed the juioy details regarding this issue, but OK! Magazine had already printed that: "Mike asked her to move in, and she said yes ... She's on the road a lot and can't commit fully, but she did clear out space in his closet and stock his kitchen with her favorites."

Carrie Underwood boyfriend Mike Fisher is playing for the team Ottawa Senators. Carrie has been very vocal about her love for Mie. In fact, when she won the ACM Entertainer of the Year Award last April, she credited him for all the success she's having.
