Since the hit TV series in ABS-CBN Pedro Penduko and Iisa Pa Lamang, Matt Evans has been less visible in the limelight nowadays. Although he will be paired up with Melissa Ricks again in Underage (an episode in "Your Song)" and appears regularly in a sitcom in ABC5 Everybody Hapi, it seems this young actor's career is going downhill.
Above it all, a blind item is pointing its fingers to Matt. Surprisingly, it says that he got a girl pregnant:

Before Matt was also referred to as the "polka-dotted young actor" in a blind item. Hmmm, this might appear to be a problem to Matt Evans. As a young actor with a budding career, getting a girl pregnant is synonymous to saying goodbye to your stellar status. All we can do is bid good luck to Matt Evans and we hope he can cope with the trying times!
