On SNN last night, Kris and Boy revealed the celebrity who has a Php 3 million Hermes Birkin bag made of crocodile skin. This trumps out the 1M Hermes ostrich skin bag that Rufa Mae Quinto has. Upon my research, Victoria Beckham has the same croc skin Hermes bag, but it is white in color.

Sharon was made by the people...and most of them poor people. It is very insensitive and ill-timed on the part of Boy Abunda & Kris to feature this topic considering these challenging times. I hope those two will become soooo poor that they will feel remorse for other people. I pity them!

its clear fr the start & it came fr Boy & Kris & KC that even even if sharon buys expensive stuff like bags, she knows how to share & she really cares bout other people esp those less fortunate. she doesnt need to let the public know bout it when she helps. she's very modest. its her right to spoil herself after working so hard for more than 30yrs. its just being sensationalized coz she's popular. who cares if a not so popular rich person does the same thing like sharon? would you care? well, sharon cannot pls everybody!
ReplyDeleteIt's her money. She worked for it. It's unfair to say she's 'made' by the people. Her career wasn't gifted to her and it wasn't all bed and roses either. She paid her dues. Don't be a reverse snob. Stop the crab mentality. Why can't we be happy for other people's success and happiness.
ReplyDeletegive me a break...sharon's career was GIFTED and PRESENTED to her on a SILVER platter, considering she came from an established showbiz clan (lest we forget helen gamboa & tito sotto). even if a person is extra-ordinarily talented without the adoration of the people--it is in vain. sharon is very nice to people; there is no doubt about it because i've met her...i don't care what bag she has...read carefully people...i said it is ill timed and insensitive on the part of BOY ABUNDA and KRIS to feature this story at this time.

ReplyDeleteExtravagance is considered as one of the new deadly sins. Though Sharon is so afluent, I dont think its moral to flaunt it by buying expensive bags. I would admire her even more if she displayed simplicity and modesty. She can have all the money in the world, but it won't make her an immortal. She epitomizes the kind of people who can't live in the absence of extravagance, people who draw their energy by simply watching other people admire their wares.
