KC - Piolo "Lover's in Paris" Fake Music Video

It's another case of uncontrollable over excitement and imagination rolled into one. Everybody's so excited that a creative fan chopped scenes from the Paris TV special of KC Concepcion and some parts of Piolo Pascual's movie Dreamboy and... voila! They labeled it the new music video of the upcoming teleserye in ABS-CBN - the Pinoy version of the hit Korean series Lover's in Paris.

Of course, this video had mixed reviews because KC still has a movie being shown with Richard Gutierrez. Recently, the GMA-Regal produced When I Met U received a Grade B from the Film Ratings Board (FRB), where the producers will have a 50 percent tax rebate. That's great news because it will invite more viewers to see the KC-Richard starrer because the FRB certified that it is a quality movie.

Piolo and KC rah-rah boys and girls will have to wait for KC Concepcion to finish the promo for When I Met U before they can indulge in their excitement for the ABS-CBN produced teleserye. You will have your turn eventually.

In Vivo Veritas

True enough, Vivo Ouano copped his fame as he was one of the avengers in the Starstruck, where Marky Cielo emerged as the Ultimate Survivor. Unlike Vivo's contemporaries like Jackie Rice and Paulo Avelino who are still regularly seen in GMA shows, Vivo is quite not visible in the limelight. Vivo is from Bulacan, but now resides in Quezon City so that he can regularly take showbiz gigs.

As it turned out, Vivo has finished an indie film last year by portraying “Eman” in Biak na Bato (Broken Rock) and Xenoa 2. Some detractors unleashed negative write ups about 18 year old Vivo saying that he is all face and no talent. Another thing that he seems to be the subject of this blind item:

The clue says movie outfit and even a Grade 6 student can answer that it's Viva Films -- making Vivo the prime target of this blind item. Certainly, we are just guessing and we cannot assure you that our guess is right. Who knows? Vivo might just tell us if there's a grain of truth in that blind item.

Updates About Joseph Bitangcol and Sandara Park

Do you want to know what's up with Joseph and Sandara? After his venture into the boldie bandwagon via the indie movie Walang Kawala, Joseph Bitangcol has not been heard doing any projects lately. Like his Star Circle companion Hero Angeles, Joseph has chosen to go over the fence from ABS-CBN to GMA to seek greener pastures. Yet, it seems luck has not yet knocked on his door this year.

After being estranged of his reel and real sweetheart Sandara Park, Joseph joined a now-defunct GMA sing and dance boys group named Boyz.com with Alwyn Uytingco, Frank Garcia, Polo Ravales and Gabb Drilon. Together with Polo, they made waves as they ventured to portray doomed gay lovers in the Joel Lamangan directed film Walang Kawala.



Just recently, a blind item popped up about Joseph:

It looks like Joseph is now desperate these days. On the other hand, his ex-girlfriend Sandara Park is now making waves in Korea as she is bound to appear in a Korean drama Iljimae Returns - Moon River. Her character is Rie, a ninja who meets with the show's main character, Iljimae, in Japan. Sandara has to learn stunning martial arts moves in order to fit the role in the upcoming episodes, which will start airing on February 11th. Sandy's career in Korea is being handled by YG Entertainment.

Aljur Abrenica: Hunk on the Rise

After being cast in Zaido, Aljur Abrenica is waiting for his next big break in the Kapuso station GMA. Although Aljur is not at all being neglected, he is currently getting minor roles in GMA's primetime show Luna Mystica.

Aljur is a Pampanga native and is now turning 19 this year. He got his fame when he won Starstruck Ultimate Hunk title in the Kapuso reality show. Indeed, Aljur is one of young actors we should all watch out for because he is armed with very good looks and a veritable acting talent.


However, it seems Aljur is being implicated in a blind item. Here it is:

Mark Herras Moves On

After being lambasted black and blue by a starlet named Lian Paz about his masculinity, Mark Herras moves on with his life. Valentine's day is up and coming and he revealed that he has no date yet.

However, his happiness is still not waned by being loveless on February 14 because on February 16, his tandem with Jennylyn Mercado will make a grand comeback via an afternoon series in GMA 7 entitled Paano Ba ang Mangarap. Indeed, it is more reason for him to celebrate because many of their fans are dying to see them working together as a love team again. Their tandem was last seen in an episode of Dear Friend.

Many things are in store for the fans in this afternoon soap because Mark assured that Jennylyn and him will tackle more adult roles. It means they will be more sexier and less teenybopper, the way they used to before. Plus, a great addition to their teamup is Hero Angeles, who will stand as Mark's competition to Jennylyn's affections.

We can just hope that Mark Herras will continue to improve his craft and his physique so that he can match up the hunky competition around him in reel and real life.

KC, Richard Jubilant Over Successful Premiere

Lots of fans trooped to Cinema 9 & 10 of SM Megamall to catch the premiere night When I Met U. As their second film together as a love team, KC Concepcion and Richard Guttierrez never failed to make fans scream their hearts out as they entered to watch their film with all of them.


Gabby Concepcion graced the event, along with the Gutierrez clan. KC's grandmother was also there to support her, but Megastar Sharon Cuneta did not make it to the event. Here's the video of the event:




Directed by Joel Lamangan and produced by GMA Films and Regal Entertainment, the film is about two different people from opposite worlds. Benjie (Richard Gutierrez) is a young pilot trapped in an absurd relationship with his manipulative girlfriend. On the contrary, Jenny (KC Concepcion) a family breadwinner who is making ends meet by working as a mall promodizer. Although an obedient daughter, she is also hanging on her family's hope that she would end up marrying his wealthy boyfriend at the expense of her own happiness. Can their love for each other outlast the two different worlds they belong in?

Watch When I Met U in all theaters nationwide tomorrow. The film also featured Iya Villania, Alfred Vargas, Cherry Pie Picache, Tirso Cruz III, Chinggoy Alonzo, Chanda Romero, Bubbles Paraiso, Paolo Paraiso, Chariz Solomon, Bearwin Meily and Mavi Lozano.

Marian Rivera - The Subject of Cristy Fermin's Demolition Job?

From accepting mother roles in GMA shows like Muli and Super Twins, Marian Rivera's stardom shot up that now she is GMA's hottest stars. To date, Marian Rivera is seen with Dingdong Dantes in Ang Babaeng Hinugot sa Aking Tadyang, where she is Proserfina Valdez.

Aside from her successful television career, Marian has faced numerous setbacks in her personal life. Last year, she broke up with her boyfriend Ervic Vijandre. And just recently, she was rumored to be the cause of the Dingdong Dantes-Karylle break up.

Anyway, a week ago, it seems Cristy Fermin is having a grand time lambasting Marian in her blind items. One blind item stated that Marian's former classmates spilled the beans of how she is fond of copying from her seatmates during her student years, that she was older than what she reveals and she has attitude problems.
