Brittany Murphy Update: Brittany Took Prescription Medicine For Flu Symptoms

The reports after Brittany Murphy passed concluded that she took precription medicines and was vomiting before she was taken to the Cedars Sinai hospital. The 32 year old Clueless actress had flu like symptoms prior to the unfortunate episode yesterday. According to TMZ, one eyewitness reported that: "There were a lot ... a lot of prescriptions in the house".

Investigations later revealed that Brittany Murphy did collapse in the bathroom and landed on the shower. It was because of the unknown medications that she suffered a cardiac arrest and was taken immediately to the hospital. The Cedars Sinai Hospital did their best in the three times of trying to revive Murphy before declaring her demise at 10:04 AM Sunday. Estes Park Fire Video - Mall Goes Ablaze

A small shopping mall has caught fire in Estes Park, Colorado. According to onlookers, the Estes Park fire is blazing through the roof of the mall and firefighters are now trooping down the area to alleviate the situation there. Right now, the flames are under control and they are lucky because a light drizzle is contributing to quell the said fire from scattering on other establishments.

However, it is still unknown is someone is hurt upon the outbreak of the Estes Park fire since it was reported 6:19 AM. We will be trying to locate the video of this said incident and we will post it as soon as we find one. (Fox News)

Annie Le – Yale Student and Bride-to-be Goes Missing

The family and friends of Annie Le, 24, a graduate student in Yale University, are worried because she mysteriously disappeared in New Haven, Connecticut on September 8. Le, a petite 4'11 lass, is due to be married on Sunday, September 13, and her fiancé has not heard a word from her. A surveillance photo gathered Annie on her way to a pharmacology located in Amistad Street and she was not seen since then.

A co-worker informed that Annie even left her pocketbook and cell phone in the lab. No one was able to trace where she went or how she managed to leave the lab. Avion Secuestrado en Mexico - Aeromexico Hijacked in Midair Lands Safely

Aeromexico Flight 576 passengers had a taste of fear in midair as five men from Bolivia held them hostage as they demanded to speak with Mexican president Felipe Calderon. The AeroMexico Boeing 737 jetliner was from the resort city of Cancun bound for Mexico City. Luckily, the hijackers were not able to access the cockpit area and they were all apprehended after the plane landed at 2:40 EST. Nobody was hurt but  nervous passengers who were onboard were mostly American tourists on vacation from Cancun.

Some of the passengers were not aware about their situation because the commotion occurred in the rear end area of the plane. It was only after landing that the pilot announced the incident over the intercom. Within minutes, Mexican newspapers distributed the headlines that read "Avion Secuestrado en Mexico". The hijackers explained that they wanted to talk to President Calderon because they have a premonition of an impending earthquake. Kroger Beef Recall - Kroger Fears E. coli contamination

Kroger, a popular retail supermarket chain, has issued a recall on the beef products they sold to customers. This is after their supplier, the JBS Swift Beef Company, feared that a possible E. coli contamination on the products that were sold on from April 27 to June 1. Escherichia coli (E. coli), if ingested, can cause gastroenteritis, urinary tract infections and food poisoning.

The Kroger Beef Recall includes stores in Memphis and West Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, southern Missouri and southwest Kentucky. The beef purchased can be returned to the store for a refund or a replacement. The packaging for the Kroger beef recall contain the following UPC numbers: 21165300000, 21165310000, 21165320000, 21165330000. Jammie Thomas-Rasset Woman Fined for $1.9M for Downloading 24 Songs!

Jammie Thomas-Rasset, a resident of Brianerd, Minnesota, may now be regretting not paying 99 cents each for the 24 songs she illegally downloaded over the Internet before! Because now, the court wants her to pay $80,000 for each song - all of them summing up to $1.92 million! This is actually the second trial for the 32 year old mother of four when another federal jury ordered her to pay up $222,000 for violating music copyrights in 2007.

The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) accused Jammie Thomas for the illegal file sharing of 1,700 songs by Gloria Estefan, Sheryl Crow, Green Day, Journey and other recording artists. The proof was found when they identified Jammie's computer hooked up with a peer-to-peer network Kazaa - under the screen name "tereastarr". Jammie Thomas-Rasset acknowledged that "tereastarr" was indeed her because she used that nickname for years in her e-mails and MySpace page. This news report might just scare off other file sharers today as the recording industry claims that it loses millions of sales each year because of illegal downloads and file sharing!

Robin Hibbard gained fame as one of the contestants in the MTV reality show The Real World: San Diego. The 29 year old Tampa resident and former Coyote Ugly Saloon dancer was confirmed to be pregnant last month. And a news item reveal that pregnant Robin Hibbard is due to give birth on June 2009! I guess Robin is due anytime this month and that's why the Robin Hibbard pregnant keyword is pumping up the search engines today.

Luck struck a 23 year old rancher from South Dakota as he became $232.1 million richer! His name is Neal Wanless and he hit the Powerball lotto's ninth largest jackpot prize in in the history of the multistate game. In an interview with the USA Today, Neal told reporters that: "Winning the Powerball is something I've always dreamt about but didn't think would happen... I want to thank the Lord for this opportunity and blessing me with this fortune". He also promised that he will "not squander" the blessing he just received.

The lucky numbers that made Neal Wanless a multi-millionaire were: 5-16-6-21-12 and the 7 Powerball. It was revealed that that these were birthdate combinations of his family members. Wanless bought his winning ticket 35 miles from his home in an Ampride Store, where he was on his way to buy livestock feed. Despite his fortune, Neal Wanless vowed that he "intends to continue ranching" and even wants to extend his land. Eithne Wallis Riverdance - Eithne Walls Was on Air France Flight 447

There's a dearth of information about the search term "Eithne Wallis Riverdance". It turns out it should read "Eithne Walls", not "Eithne Wallis". A dancer and a doctor, Eithne Walls was a passenger in the fated Air France Flight 447 bound for France from Brazil. As a member of the prestigious Riverdance, 28 year old Eithne had the opportunity to work for one year in Broadway, New York then proceeded to pursue her dreams of becoming a doctor. Eithne Walls of Ballygowan, Co Down was one of three Irish women who boarded the Air France flight which disappeared in the Atlantic Ocean.

The family of Eithne Walls was deeply saddened about the fate of the Air France flight. They issued a statement saying that: "Eithne was an extraordinary person who brought light to the lives of everyone she touched. She was beautiful in every way, especially of spirit. She had a passion for life that permeated, enlivened and enriched those around her". Notre Dame Commencement Obama Asks to “Open Hearts” and “Open Minds”

Despite the protests that marred President Barack Obama's visit to the Notre Dame Commencement ceremony in Southbend, Indiana, he bravely faced the issues being thrown at him. The US president, who’s also being conferred with an honorary degree, told the Notre Dame graduates that “no matter how much we want to fudge it (the abortion policy debate)... the fact is that at some level, the views of the two camps are irreconcilable.” Instead, Obama suggested that we stop “reducing those with differing views to caricature. Open hearts. Open minds. Fair-minded words. It's a way of life that always has been the Notre Dame tradition.” Obama’s pro-choice abortion stance and the embryonic stem-cell research he supported in his administration are being magnified in the Notre Dame community, being the largest Catholic university in the United States.

The Associated Press reported that "at least 27 people were arrested on trespassing charges, even before Obama took the stage in the Notre Dame Commencement exercises. Twelve thousand people stood up and clapped as Obama entered the stage, but before he can speak “at least 3 protesters interrupted it”. Notre Dame president Rev. World's Oldest Dog is a Dachshund Named Chanel

Chanel turns 21 today. She may look like an ordinary white dachshund but Chanel was named the world's oldest dog by the Guinness World Records last year. According to her Long Island owner Denice Shaughnessy who's a high school principal, Chanel was originally colored red but due to age she turned white. In canine years, Chanel is now officially 147 years old.

Upon reaching this ancient age, Chanel is required to wear a specially-designed goggles to protect her eyes stricken by cataracts. Her ambient temperature is also maintained at 72 degrees because Chanel can no longer endure the cold. Her diet? It usually consists of chicken with whole-wheat pasta, with a special soft dog food designed appropriately for her withered teeth. Chanel earned the title as the world's oldest dog after Bella, a beagle from Virginia, did not make it past 26 years old (203 in canine years). Rubina Ali the nine year old girl who played the young Latika in the Oscar Award winning flick Slumdog Millionaire is up for sale for the price of £200,000 ($296,000)! This was the news initiated by the News of the World UK website. Rubina's father Rafiq Qureshi could no longer take the squalor in India's slums that he put his daughter for adoption in exchange for that paltry sum of money. In an interview, Rafiq insisted that "I have to consider what's best for me, my family and Rubina's future." Even Rubina Ali's uncle Mohiuddin is involved in this illegal deal as he commanded this ballooned amount because "The child is special now. This is NOT an ordinary child. This is an Oscar child!"

Reactions to this news caught people in disbelief of how Rubina Ali's father can stomach to hawk his young daughter like she was some kind of commodity. A Middle Eastern family had already expressed their interest of adopting Rubina Ali. Poverty in India is unquestionable but do they really need to sell her while they can ask help to attain what's enough for them? British Idol sensation Susan Boyle sang for America as she was interviewed live on CBS The Early Show. During the interview, it can be noticed that Susan Boyle had a "makeover", where she had a new hair and her bushy eyebrows are now tamer. The 47 year old from Blackburn Scotland had wowed everyone around the world that her Youtube videos jumped up to 11 million views in a span of 5 days. It appeared that Susan Boyle never married because she had to take care of her ailing mother. After her mother was gone, Susan now became an active church worker when she gathered strength to join Britain's Got Talent.

In the interview, Susan Boyle is just equally astonished about the people's response to her audition, she said it was "Breathtaking.. unbelievable!". After her crowd-pleasing rendition of Les Miserables "I Dreamed a Dream", Susan Boyle informed that people around her have become supportive of her quest in the talent contest: "Everybody's so supportive.. they are wishing me well". Susan also informed that her courage came from her mother as she went on stage to try out her luck in the contest. GM-Segway "Puma" Released in New York

General Motors Corp. (GM) and Segway Inc. unveiled their new vehicle they christened PUMA (Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility). GM Segway Puma is a two-wheeled vehicle that both companies have envisioned to replace cars in crowded city streets like New York. Segway chief executive Jim Norrod stated that they cannot hide their excitement over the GM-Segway PUMA as they are bound of "doing more with less". Just like Segway's electric scooters, GM-Segway PUMA has "less emissions, less dependability on foreign oil and less space."

The GM-Segway Puma weighs just about 300 pounds and runs on a Lithium battery that can run 35 miles per charge. About speed, the GM-Segway PUMA can reach up to 35 mph. However, both GM and Segway have not yet released a price range of how much they would sell PUMA.

Who is Inez Villareal? | The 14 year old boy named Inez Villareal

Inez Villareal is one of the names mentioned by Gabriel Cardona in an intercepted conversation. Gabriel Cardona proudly proclaimed how he slashed the throats of 14 year old Inez Villareal and his very own cousin Jorge Alfonso Aviles (19 years old) in Nuevo Laredo using a broken bottle. Gabriel Cardona is now promptly being punished for his wrongdoings as he is now aptly charged for his offenses.


During the hearings, the mother of Inez Villarreal begged to the presiding judge so that she will be given a chance to ask Cardona "where she could find her son’s remains, which court records say were burned with liquid fuel in a barrel, a method known as a guiso, or stew". In a Inez Villareal's mother could not contain her grief anymore that she said to Cardona: “I know the pain your mother is going through, but the stronger sorrow is mine because she knows where you are. “I am begging you on my knees that you tell the judge where my son is.” That was the cue where Cardona admitted everything about what he really did.

BARTENDAZ - Positive Physical Fitness the Bartendaz Way

Bartendaz, as the name implies, was once a conglomeration bartenders in New York City. Founded by Hassan Yassin, Hassan led these bartenders to undergo innovative fitness drills at a park in Harlem. Later on, the group called the methods of physical training they used as Bartendaz, as it was now taught in 40 New York City Public Schools.



Now, they are under the wing of Constellation, a non-profit physical fitness organization. What has been attained is that, aside from the muscular strength and physical wellness gained by the youth under the Bartendaz program, this program also helped the youth in Harlem to channel their energies into positive activities so that they will cannot involve themselves in vices and delinquency. Aside from the cool routines, Bartendaz also uses hiphop music to match their various exercises.

USNS IMPECCABLE -- It's Not IMPECCABLE to be Harrassed By Chinese Ships

USNS Impeccable is a United States surveillance ship that is making rounds in the South China Sea to foresee potential threats that North Korea is undertaking. However, it came as surprise that the Chinese government appeared to be hostile with USNS Impeccable because the Pentagon already announced that Chinese-led ships have already exhibited "increasingly aggressive conduct" in the past week.



Does this mean that United States will have problems with China in the future? The crew of USNS Impeccable denounced the strange actuations of five Chinese vessels that came too close for comfort into the US Naval ship. Because one Chinese ship won't get away from USNS Impeccable, the US ship have made an emergency stop in the middle of the sea to thwart collision. The Chinese even "dropped pieces of wood in the water directly in front of Impeccable's path."
