The TV reality show Hell's Kitchen on its July 21 (7/21/09) episode has left viewers shocked as to what happened tonight. Hell's Kitchen fight, as it was dubbed, exposed how a 27 year old aspiring chef from New York named Joseph stood up against the famous Hell's Kitchen Host Gordon Ramsay. Joseph, who's also a former US Marine , was told that he's "stupid" by Gordon when he accosted him to divulge his "first nominee". This was how things flared up out of proportion. In the 100th episode of So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD) slated on July 23, Katie Holmes agreed to show her dance moves, sing and show a lot of her legs for charity! In Shanna Moakler's press release statement, she revealed that: "Since the press conference yesterday, I had a chance to think about what has taken place, and I feel that at this time it is in my best interest to resign from the Miss California USA organization". Shanna Moakler appeared to be in limbo about the Miss USA Pageant rules as it was violated by Carrie Prejean, Shanna lamented that: "I cannot with a clear conscious move forward supporting and promoting the Miss Universe Organization when I no longer believe in it, or the contracts I signed committing myself as a youth." Being a beauty queen herself, Shanna Moakler insisted that pageant winners should act as "role models" and Moakler stands by her views by biting the bullet and resigning so that she can be a good role model for her children. Eminem in XXL's May Cover - Is He Really Back With a Vengeance?

Marshall Mathers aka Eminem is certainly rolling a tsunami to cerify he's coming back to dominate again the rap music scene. Aside from his fifth solo album entitled Relapse which will be unleashed on May 19, Eminem's countenance will banner XXL Magazine's May cover! On the headline, it reads "Vengeance is Eminem". This XXL issue will be out on May 5!

Obviously, something is weird in Eminem's face on the cover -- is it bad lighting, bad makeup or his face took a brunt from his addiction? Anyway, Eminem had no qualms discussing that problem in XXL, in which he had to take a five year hiatus to get clean:

Noriko Calderon: 13-Year-Old Girl in Dilemma of Choosing Country Over Parents

Noriko Calderon is a regular 13 year old school girl in Japan who likes pop music and hip-hop. Yet, Noriko is now facing a huge dilemma after her parents have been adjudged to be deported back to the Philippines because of Japan's "rigid immigration laws". Both of her parents Arlan and Sarah Calderon illegally entered Japan in the 1990s using fake passports. As they had Noriko, Arlan and Sarah raised their daughter to grow up Japanese without learning her parents' heritage or native language. Despite the gainful employment of Noriko's father and their plea about Noriko's situation, the Japanese High Court denied Arlan and Sarah's petition to stay in Japan, while their daughter is told to choose between her parents and country.

CNN reported that activists have long decried "Japan's notoriously rigid immigration laws" that violate human rights. In fact, "an estimated 500 families are in the same situation according to lawyers, who accuse Japan of not respecting the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child". However, Japan's Bureau of Immigration is stringent on its decision by describing that the "couple's illegal presence in the country" is an "extremely malicious" violation that "shakes the foundation of Japan's immigration control." Noriko Calderon now is at a loss because despite the fact that Japan is her homeland, she still needs her parents until she's grown enough to care for herself. Noriko's parents preferred that she stays in Japan because her future is brighter there, rather than to go back to the "impoverished farm community" where her parents will be settling. Sandra Cantu Body: 8 Year Old Sandra from Tracy Found Inside Luggage/Suitcase

Sandra Cantu, an 8 year old girl from Tracy California went missing 10 days ago. In the morning of April 5, Sandra Cantu's lifeless body was found inside a luggage bag/suitcase that was found floating in an irrigation pond 2 miles away from her trailer park home.

Dairy farm aides working in the area found the luggage containing Sandra Cantu 10 AM when they were draining the pond. Tracy Chief Janet Thiessen heartbreakingly announced the end of their search for the missing Sandra Cant: "Our heartfelt sympathies go out to Sandra and all her family and friends. We will be determining the person or persons responsible for this reprehensible act, and they will be brought to justice." House Kutner Hype - Is Lawrence Kutner (Kal Penn) Leaving "House"?

Kal Penn, or better known as Lawrence Kutner in the series House, has gained much attention from web searches because of his character's mysterious passing away. Kutner in House Season 5 Episode 20 “Simple Explanation” apparently took away his life by shooting himself in the head! This House S05E20 was spent by Dr. House looking for answers as to why Lawrence Kutner (Kal Penn) would do such a thing!

What's more odd is that House 5X20 publicized that the fans visit fox.com/kutner to see his character's sort-of tribute (with an in memoriam video to boot!). Here's an excerpt of what you can find there:

Blogs for House MD thinks that "this shocking nature of Kutner's demise" is the show's "attempt at viral marketing", which is obviously working as viewers are flocking in websites that contain the House Kutner mysterious "passing away" information.

Update! According Kal Penn's Twitter account (provided this is not fake), he's still alive and kicking since April 5. He was watching LA Lakers game when sent a mobile update!

North Korea Rocket Launch Video - North Korea Launches Long-Range Rocket Despite Resistance

Amidst intense appeals against the rocket launch, North Korea did not budge and their Musudan-ri launch site bursted off a long range rocket at 0230 GMT. In fact, this North Korean Rocket flew over Japan's skies into the Pacific, a CNN News report informed.

North Korean officials pooh-poohed the alarm over their rocket launch because they say they are just sending a man-made satellite into space to orbit as part of their "peaceful space development". Yet, government officials from Japan, South Korea and Australia had voiced out their complaints about this North Korean rocket lauch because they suspect this was a long-range missile test -- they are looking into the possibilities how their long-range missile technology can be used for their Taepodong-2 weapons. All countries including Japan, South Korea and the US condemned this unwarranted rocket launch and tagged it as a "provocative act". Will this spark the much avoided World War 3? I hope not, Kim Jong-Il should get his acts together so that the world would not be suspicious about the nuclear warheads they might hide in their silos. Jiverly Wong Open Fires in Binghamton NY - 14 Dead, 4 Injured

Jiverly Wong aka Jiverly Voong had ravaged and opened fired at people taking immigration classes in the American Civic Association building located in 131 Front Street, Binghamton New York. This violent Binghamton shooting happened at around 10:30 AM April 3 2009. The gunman was identified to be Jiverly Wong, 42, a Vietnamese immigrant who was a resident of Johnson City. Jiverly Wong shot himself in the head after the shooting spree.

The reason for Jiverly Wong's rampage is still yet to be disclosed by authorities. Officials found it odd why Wong would be taking grudge at this immigration services center where immigrants and refugees are assisted with humanitarian help like counseling, resettlement and other issues. Katherine Olson News - Craigslist Killer Says Sorry to Katherine Olson Family After Verdict

Katherine Olson is the unfortunate victim of the "Craigslist killer" in Minneapolis. Katherine just responded to a babysitting job offer she looked up on Craigslist website. After that surreptitiously luring her into his home, Michael Anderson then planted a hole in Katherine Olson's back. Katherine was just 24 years old then when the police found her lifeless body inside a car trunk.

In 1 April 2009, the verdict on Michael Anderson was finally released and he is sentenced to 20 years with no bail. Anderson's lawyer also informed Katherine Olson's family that his client (Anderson) is remorseful and he is in "deepest regret" about what happened. 2009 Time 100 Finalists Out: Two Pinoys In (Manny Pacquiao and Pregnant Man Thomas Beatie)!

Time Magazine has once again rounded up their list of finalists for their 2009 Time 100 newsmakers. Jotting down the "world's most influential people in government, science, technology and the arts", Time came up with 203 finalists (comprised both the notorious and the heroic) which will be whittled down into 100 people through web votes. Two Filipinos are in the list -- Manny Pacquiao currently at #6 and Thomas Beatie (Tracy Lagundino) or more known as the "Pregnant Man" who is currently at #112.


Unless you've been living under a rock, you now know that Manny Pacquiao gained some media mileage after defeating Golden Boy Oscar dela Hoya. Time noted how Pinoys love Manny Pacquiao but we are turned off by his political ambitions. Ditto for Filipino-American Thomas Beatie (former Pinay Tracy Lagundino picture below). Transgendered Beatie gained notoriety after giving birth as a "man". However, Time lamented that thanks to Octo-mom Nadya Suleman, Beatie is now overshadowed by her as "America's strangest parent"!



Currently topping the Time 100 list are Rwandan president Paul Kagame, 4chan.org founder Moot (Christopher Poole) and Korean superstar Rain. Incidentally, Rain placed number two last year but he "has still not broken big in the United States", according to Time.

Nadya Suleman at home in the limelight as she never leaves the headlines. Nadya, the Octo-Mom, has been stirring up our psyche with her giving birth to 8 babies, asking dole outs in her website and now she's selling her Octo-mom Delivery Video (Octo-Mom Birth Tape) for a multi-million dollar demand. Now, her second publicist, Victor Munoz is saying sayonara to her because Victor said "This Woman is Nuts!".



Victor Munoz in an interview with the US Magazine snapped out that Nadya Suleman has gotten all greedy and she is becoming unrealistic with what she wants. Munoz added that "This I can say: what ultimately destroyed the business arrangement was personal reasons."

For all the freak show Nadya Suleman has been through, she seems liking it that her life will be a living circus with all the crazy monetary prospects she's expecting to have by just giving birth to 8 babies. That is not just "nuts", but kind of scary for all those kids of hers!

Fuming Mad Annabel Rama - "My Ultimatum with GMA is March 14"
